How to use meditation with energy drawings?

Here are some tips for using meditation with energy drawings:

Find a quiet place where you won’t be disturbed.
Choose an energy drawing that attracts you or that you feel can help you achieve your goals.
You can display the drawing on a computer/mobile phone screen or print it and place it on the wall.
It’s preferable to hold a smaller version of the drawing in your left hand during meditation, and afterwards, you can carry it with you in your pocket.
If you wish, you can play instrumental background music.
Carefully observe the drawing and notice the emotions and thoughts it evokes in you. Continue meditating for at least 30 minutes daily.
